Resources & Stories

Maureen Nicolls, Roche

Communiteer & AVI has identified that for graduates coming into the workforce, getting a job is going to be particularly difficult.

Mentoring is mutually beneficial because it’s really enjoyable for us, as we get to use some of our skills and the mentee gets the benefit of our experience. I really think it’s a great opportunity, It’s part of the overall culture that Roche has and that’s one of the reasons I work for Roche.

Stephanie Meintjes, Mentor

The most important thing for me is that motivation positively and drive are ignited within both of us and continue to get us where we want to be.

I had a mentor fairly late in my career journey, and I wish I had this support a lot earlier in my life. People development is a passion of mine, so joining mentorship programs really warms my heart.

Ruby Mhaskar, Mentor

I have been guided by some good mentors throughout my career, both in my professional and personal life. Through this campaign, I would love to help someone take effective decisions that will help them achieve their goals.

The way my mentee thinks, or the approach she has towards her life is completely different from mine. So this complete process is helping me to think in a different way and is definitely adding value to my life.
