Buddy Program
Employees are paired with structured activities to build peer support networks.

Participants and management are brought together to unpack program learnings and experiences.

Group Volunteering
Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams for event-based volunteering.
Individual
Self-guided search for suitable opportunities via the Communiteer platform, with flexible options in commitment, location & NFP community.
Timeline
This program will go across a period of 20 weeks, including preparation, recruitment, engagement and recognition.
