In the busy world that we live in, having a place and a way to connect and make sense of the world is something we all need. This is no different when you’re at work.
Team building activities allow colleagues to connect and bond outside of their day-to-day tasks, which is even more enjoyable and meaningful when it’s for a higher purpose of helping a charity.
That is why we’ve partnered with Mobilize – Team Building with Purpose. They have taken team building activities face-to-face and online to a whole new level.
This collaboration will expand our holistic giving approach, providing more ways to engage employees in social good.
Mobilize believes there is more to life than just work.
We all have a role in society to leave the world in a better place than when we found it. This drive to make a difference is at the heart of their company and why the founders started it.
Mobilize is the brainchild of Richard Duncan and Claire Turner, who co-authored and ran Wesley Mission’s best practice corporate volunteering program since 2015.
Their facilitators have extensive team building and mobilization experience as consultants and in many cases have worked in the corporate sector themselves for many years in senior management roles.
The model is simple; we use our extensive expertise in team building and facilitation to help NFPs design events that deliver unforgettable and transformational experiences, tailored wherever possible to the needs of the corporate group.
This will create:
Virtual or face-to-face gatherings, foster a sense of unity and collaboration.
Find a different way to do good and offer a transformative experience for your team.
Foster a spirit of community and giving back while having fun!
By working in partnership with NFPs, we can mobilise corporate forces to do good within society and for the community sector.
This will create:
Contribute resources to not-for-profits creating meaningful change.
Educate your team to build empathy for social causes.
Retain engagement by tracking impact through our platform.
