Virtually Together – November Update
This month we put into practice what NFPs have been asking for; we focused on storytelling and digital marketing with The Content People, giving you the tips and tricks to tell your 2020 survival story. We feel that storytelling will become even more important. As everyone floods online to find social connection, it is harder to get your story to cut through the noise.
We also launched this month our first corporate volunteering event, titled ENGAGE: Engaging your staff this giving season, and sold out!
Consider engaging virtual, highly skilled volunteers to help you transition your marketing strategy to cater more directly to social media.
Find out how you can capture these corporate volunteers below.
As we reach the end of the year, historically there is a common pattern: NFPs are flat out with their holiday appeals and end of year events, while corporates have more time on their hands but limited ways they can contribute short notice.
This year looks a little different: Face-to-face events have been cancelled, volunteering participation decreasing, and pockets a feeling tighter. How can we find better outcomes in your holiday appeals?
Register for our joint webinar, with our CEO Victor Lee, and CEO of Good2Give, Lisa Grinham, where they’ll give your their expertise on how donation and volunteering are interconnected.
At Communiteer, we know how powerful corporate volunteering can be to deliver highly skilled individuals to NFPs needing support. Our partner, Good2Give knows the success of workplace fundraising, so why not combine forces to improve outcomes by building stronger relationships with your corporate partners.
On the horizon …
We have several exciting new product updates coming between now and early-December that reflect our not-for-profits most requested features.
As the Virtually Together campaign comes to an end, we want to know what you think. In the coming weeks, we’ll be inviting you to have a chat to discuss your experiences with Communiteer, the platform and where you see your virtual volunteering journey going in 2021.
We’ll also be getting in touch with everyone who’s participated to let you know the next steps and what you can expect. Stay tuned!
