Study NSW International Student Welcome Desk

In partnership with Study NSW, Communiteer coordinates volunteers for the Welcome Desk at Sydney and Newcastle Airports to provide support for arriving students, build confidence in their communications skills and connect with other international students.

UNSW Business School Hackathon

Communiteer partnered with the UNSW Business School to support community organisations with a skilled volunteering hackathon. Students collaborated with the guidance of corporate facilitators, to ideate and scope solutions to the provided problem statements.

LEAD with Western Sydney University

Together with the City of Parramatta and Western Sydney University, Communiteer connected students with volunteering opportunities to develop their leadership skills, while creating a positive impact in the community. Meet student volunteers, Payal Shah and Sabrina Young.

Thien and the Michael Hughes Foundation

Thien, a student from Western Sydney University, volunteered through our Pathway to Employment Program with the Michael Hughes Foundation. Together, they taught the residents of Melrose Park the basics of CPR and how to use a defibrillator.
