Team Building with Purpose
Corporate Volunteering
Many of us have been in team building events in the past where we’ve thought something along the lines of, “That was fun, but what was the point?”.
Traditionally team building events are more ‘team bonding’ than ‘team building’.
Team Building with Purpose has discovered a way to add to the fun, with meaningful, impactful activities that produce lasting behavioural change in teams and support charities at the same time.
-
Create a memorable and meaningful time between colleagues.
-
Foster a sense of community outside of daily work tasks.
-
Build awareness with learning activities that support charity partners.

TBWP’s Clean Up Australia ‘Change Makers’ team building session was chosen as its central sustainability message was close to their heart and business focus.
After a morning session full of discussion, debate and team challenges, teams engaged in a physical clean-up along the streets and beaches of Manly.
“Our team loved it! They worked together to build on our current ideas, we learnt so much, we enjoyed each other’s company and we had fun. It exceeded what we set out to do and we are now planning our next event with Team Building with Purpose.”
