student careers with purpose climate action

Thinking about the future is a daunting and nerve-wracking task, especially for our younger generation.

With a new age of globalisation, social media activism, and greater access to scientific information, students are looking for ways they can make a measurable and meaningful difference. Especially when it comes to climate action.

According to a survey by Deloitte (2022) on Gen Z’s working values:

agree that climate action is at a tipping point.

have put pressure on their employer to take action.

Gen Zs and millennials are deeply worried about the state of the world and are fighting to reconcile their desire for change with the demands and constraints of everyday life. The role of universities in addressing these concerns and motivations is in providing the space for students to explore and learn. They want to know their contribution is making real impact.

Communiteer is introducing our Take Climate Action program, where students can apply technical and interpersonal skills in line with their studies to increase capacity for NFPs within climate action.
