With hybrid working, cameras off and tight schedules, how do we motivate our teams to practice what we preach? How do we connect employees to the realities of social inequality?

Communiteer is introducing a new and innovative diversity and inclusion program, building awareness through community participation. Employees can navigate their own pathway, contributing to the areas they resonate with and are passionate about.

Volunteering not only drives action but exposes people to the experiences of others, building a more compassionate, inclusive and united society.

This program will address the following UN Sustainable Development Goals and their targets:

8.4

Achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value.

10.2

Empower and promote the social, economic and political inclusion of all, irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic or other status.

This program will go across a period of 12 weeks, including preparation, recruitment, engagement and recognition.
