Communiteer is introducing a new and innovative employee diversity and inclusion program, building awareness through community participation. Employees can navigate their own pathway, contributing to the areas they resonate with and are passionate about.
Volunteering not only drives action but exposes people to the experiences of others, building a more compassionate, inclusive and united society.

Delivery Timeline
Prepare
-Week 1
Together, we’ll co-design messaging for target employee segments, coordinate Community Partners and align volunteering opportunities.
Recruit
Weeks 1-4
We’ll work with you to promote program workshops and content through internal channels to build momentum and expressions of interest.
Engage
Weeks 2-6
Our Community Partners get involved in facilitating program workshops, with resources and access to volunteering openned up to participants.
Recognise
Week 6-
With a reflective wrap-up session and surveys, we collect feedback and outcomes to create a summary report of employee impact in the cause area.
